Welcome to ZAPISECURE, a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides advanced API Infrastructure Security, Application Firewalling, BOT Protection, and Anomaly Detection capabilities.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the services offered by ZAPISECURE (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By subscribing to or using our services, you (“Customer”, “Subscriber”, or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZAPISECURE, you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not subscribe to or use our services.

2. Service Description

ZAPISECURE is a subscription-based SaaS platform that offers:

  • API Infrastructure Security

  • Web Application Firewall (WAF)

  • BOT Integration and Management

  • Threat Intelligence & Anomaly Detection

These services are delivered via a cloud environment, accessible globally, and intended to enhance the digital security of web-based applications and services.

3. Subscription Plans

ZAPISECURE offers various subscription plans based on usage, features, and service tiers. Each plan includes:

  • Monthly or Annual billing options

  • Usage limits based on plan selected

  • Access to technical support as defined in the SLA

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Geographic Independence

ZAPISECURE is designed to be accessible and applicable globally. These Terms apply uniformly across all jurisdictions, subject to any overriding local law that may not be waived by contract.

6. Payment and Billing

  • All payments must be made using accepted online payment methods.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan.

  • Any taxes, duties, or levies are your responsibility and will be added to the invoice as applicable.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if requested within 7 working days from the date of initial purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Refund must be requested via email to [email protected] within the 7-working-day period.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • After the 7-working-day window, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage or reason.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, algorithms, and software related to ZAPISECURE are the exclusive property of ZAPISECURE and its licensors. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform according to your subscription plan.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, storage, and user rights.

10. Availability and Downtime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ZAPISECURE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 12 months of subscription.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will only be issued as per our Refund Policy (Clause 7).

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to internationally accepted business practices. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or neutral legal procedures unless local law mandates a specific jurisdiction.
