2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the initial subscription payment for all new customers.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your cancellation request must be submitted within 7 working days of your first payment.
  • The subscription must not have been renewed from a previous billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • If the cancellation request is submitted after 7 working days from the initial payment.

  • If your account is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or engaged in misuse or abuse of the platform.
  • Partial refunds for unused time within the billing cycle are not provided.
